Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for technical positions (Software Engineering, IT, Data Science) using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical recruiting or HR.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms.
- Strong research and internet sourcing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work remotely or hybrid within the Georgia and North Carolina area.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
