Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage qualified candidates for technical roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong research skills and ability to navigate professional networks.
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
- Must be available to start immediately and work a flexible part-time schedule.
