Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and build effective candidate pipelines.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients effectively.
- Offer Coordination: Assist in the offer process and ensure a smooth onboarding transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition (Direct Hire experience preferred).
- Skills: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple search processes simultaneously.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, independent, and able to work effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
