- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex service issues
- Contribute to inventory management and merchandising initiatives
- Identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Maintain organized digital and physical customer records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred
