- Process daily transactions and maintain accurate records in our database systems.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline service processes and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Document interactions and resolve issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote/hybrid roles).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
