- Resolve billing and account issues with 95% first-contact resolution
- Process orders and maintain accurate client records in CRM system
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
- Meet weekly performance metrics for satisfaction and efficiency
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged)
