- Oversee office administration, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and communication for executive team
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, expense reporting, and budget tracking
- Coordinate onboarding, HR documentation, and compliance procedures
- Lead cross-departmental projects and vendor relationship management

Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Proven financial management and bookkeeping expertise
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
