Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including visitor greeting, phone handling, and mail processing
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement for 15-person team
- Support event logistics for youth workshops and community meetings
- Maintain digital filing systems and assist with document management
- Collaborate with team on scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Assist with light office cleaning and organization tasks
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and report preparation
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
