Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including mail, deliveries, and supply chain management
- Manage vendor relationships for facilities, maintenance, and office services
- Coordinate executive calendar management, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Implement and maintain office safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Lead office technology infrastructure management including AV systems and networks
- Manage budget allocation for office expenses and vendor contracts
- Support HR initiatives onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Develop sustainability initiatives and green office programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven vendor negotiation and contract management experience
- Strong knowledge of NYC commercial real estate and facility regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution abilities
- PMP or CPO certification preferred
