Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including mail processing, supply inventory, and filing systems
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for youth programs and events
- Maintain digital records using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Assist with onboarding new volunteers and teen participants
- Support administrative tasks for community outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office workflows
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or recent graduate (ages 16-19)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred (not required)
