Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the general administrative functions of the Mesa office, including reception duties, mail distribution, and facility management.
- Vendor Management: Research, select, and negotiate contracts with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and services to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor administrative staff, conducting performance reviews and fostering a positive work culture.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company meetings, team-building events, and client luncheons.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory of office supplies and equipment, reordering as needed to prevent stockouts.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and answering HR-related inquiries.
- Financial Administration: Assist with accounts payable/receivable, prepare budgets, and manage petty cash.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
