Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and facility management.
- Manage and direct the front desk reception and switchboard operations.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare meeting agendas, corporate communications, and reports.
- Assist in budget planning, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Plan and execute company events, onboarding, and employee activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive experience in office management or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service oriented mindset.
