Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Supervise and mentor front desk staff and administrative assistants, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Manage vendor relationships and handle incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and company events to support executive leadership.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and manage office budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local health codes.
- Implement and maintain office management systems and software.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and employees.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
