Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive and organized work environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers, managing contracts and renewals.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Supervise and support administrative staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and manage budgets for operational expenses.
- Assist with basic HR functions, including onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
