Responsibilities
- Manage daily front-desk operations and greet visitors with professionalism.
- Oversee office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
- Handle scheduling, meeting room bookings, and coordinate company events.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, including onboarding and employee records.
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Manage utility bills, leases, and general facility upkeep.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
