Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Manage administrative workflows, calendar coordination, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Coordinate onboarding processes, vendor relationships, and service contracts

- Act as primary point of contact for building management and IT support

Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Proven expertise in vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiation
