Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, maintenance, and safety compliance
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, equipment, and services
- Coordinate administrative systems including calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Lead onboarding processes and serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries
- Develop and manage office budgets, expense reports, and purchasing procedures
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and off-site meetings
- Implement sustainability initiatives and office efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive experience in office administration or facilities management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, QuickBooks)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing vendor relationships and employee relations
- Knowledge of Boston commercial real estate and local service providers
- Experience developing and managing office budgets and expense controls
