Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facility maintenance, supply inventory, and equipment management
- Coordinate vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services (cleaning, security, IT support)
- Manage administrative workflows, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and coordinate office events
- Implement and optimize office policies to enhance productivity and compliance
- Supervise administrative staff and provide performance guidance
- Manage office budget and cost-control initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive experience in office administration/management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Experience managing budgets and expense tracking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) preferred
