Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, facilities management, and vendor coordination
- Manage administrative workflows, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Lead office procurement, inventory control, and budget administration
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR coordination processes
- Implement and maintain office policies for safety, compliance, and efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Act as primary liaison for building management and IT support services
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management or administrative leadership experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, QuickBooks)
- Strong budgeting, procurement, and vendor management expertise
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in employee relations and HR coordination
