Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including supply management, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Manage administrative staff schedules, performance, and professional development
- Coordinate vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements
- Implement and optimize office procedures for maximum efficiency
- Handle budget tracking, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Support HR functions including onboarding, compliance, and employee relations
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong background in budgeting, procurement, and vendor management
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience managing remote teams and hybrid work models
- Professional certification (e.g., CAPM, MOS) a plus
