- Oversee office procurement, inventory control, and budget adherence
- Lead onboarding processes and HR administration support
- Organize company events and maintain office safety protocols
- Supplemental IT support and troubleshooting for office systems
- Develop and implement operational efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software
- Proven vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Experience managing hybrid/remote work structures
- BA/BS in Business Administration or related field preferred
