Responsibilities
- Oversee all office administrative functions including supply management, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services (IT, cleaning, security)
- Coordinate employee onboarding, scheduling, and HR support initiatives
- Develop and maintain office budgets, expense reports, and financial records
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional projects and serve as primary liaison for departmental needs

Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Proven expertise in budget management, vendor negotiations, and facility coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing administrative teams
