Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance
- Manage administrative staff schedules, workflows, and performance metrics
- Coordinate executive calendar management, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Implement and optimize office procedures to enhance productivity and compliance
- Handle budgeting, expense reporting, and procurement processes
- Serve as primary point of contact for building management and security protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive experience in office administration or facilities management
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and procurement
