Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and executive calendars
- Oversee procurement of office supplies and inventory management
- Implement HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and budget tracking
- Lead workplace safety initiatives and emergency preparedness
- Support cross-functional projects and special events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and office management software
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience managing remote/hybrid teams and flexible work policies
- Knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
