- Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, supply inventory, and vendor coordination
- Manage administrative workflows, scheduling, and calendar management for executive team
- Coordinate onboarding processes, new hires, and office events
- Handle confidential HR documentation and compliance protocols
- Supervise office staff and performance management initiatives
- Develop and maintain office budgets and expense reports
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Knowledge of Louisiana employment regulations and best practices
- Experience managing remote/hybrid team coordination
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) preferred
