Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate service contracts (cleaning, security, IT support)
- Lead administrative functions including document management, mail processing, and scheduling
- Support HR initiatives onboarding, event planning, and employee relations
- Develop and maintain office budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports
- Serve as primary liaison for building management and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
