Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and supply chain logistics
- Manage administrative workflows, including scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and maintain HR documentation systems
- Develop and implement office policies to enhance productivity and compliance
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as primary point of contact for facility issues
- Manage office budget, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in a corporate setting
- Proven expertise in budget management, procurement, and vendor negotiations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Experience implementing office policies and process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Knowledge of local Raleigh business ecosystem and service providers
