Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facility maintenance, supply inventory, and equipment management
- Manage administrative staff scheduling, performance, and professional development
- Coordinate executive calendar management, meeting logistics, and corporate travel arrangements
- Develop and implement office protocols for safety, security, and efficiency
- Handle vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service procurement
- Support budget tracking and financial reporting for operational expenses
- Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and client functions
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in professional services
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and expense management
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) designation preferred
- Experience managing hybrid/remote work environments
- Local Tucson knowledge and established vendor network
