Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate workflows across departments
- Handle vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service procurement
- Support HR functions including onboarding, compliance, and employee relations
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Maintain financial records, process invoices, and manage office budgets
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and expense management
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Knowledge of Tennessee labor laws and HR best practices
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) preferred
