Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply chain management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance
- Manage administrative workflows, scheduling, and documentation for cross-functional teams
- Coordinate onboarding processes, HR compliance, and employee support initiatives
- Develop and implement office policies that enhance productivity and culture
- Manage budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Act as primary liaison for building management and external service providers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
