Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations including facilities management, vendor coordination, and supply chain logistics
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and complex meeting coordination for C-suite leadership
- Develop and implement administrative policies ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
- Lead onboarding processes and serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries
- Coordinate high-profile client events and corporate functions
- Manage office budget and procurement processes with financial oversight
- Maintain digital and physical document management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in professional services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven vendor negotiation and contract management experience
