Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory, facilities management, and vendor coordination
- Manage administrative staff schedules, performance, and professional growth initiatives
- Coordinate executive calendar management, meeting logistics, and corporate event planning
- Implement and optimize office procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Handle confidential HR documentation, payroll support, and onboarding processes

Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive experience in office administration or facilities management
