Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities, including maintenance, supplies inventory, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements and meeting logistics
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration support
- Implement and optimize office procedures for efficiency
- Manage departmental budgets and expense reporting
- Act as primary point of contact for building management and security
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- 3+ years office management experience in tech or corporate environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with budgeting and vendor management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
