Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance
- Manage administrative workflows, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Coordinate onboarding processes, equipment setup, and HR documentation for new hires
- Lead office events and team-building initiatives to enhance workplace culture
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with precision and confidentiality
- Act as primary point of contact for facility management and IT support requests
- Implement and optimize office protocols for efficiency and compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of progressive office management or administrative leadership experience
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, QuickBooks)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience coordinating multi-location operations preferred
