Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, including supply inventory management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance
- Manage employee onboarding processes, including equipment setup and workspace preparation
- Coordinate complex calendar scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
- Act as primary point of contact for facilities management, IT support requests, and HR coordination
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Lead office safety initiatives and emergency preparedness protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office administration or facilities management experience
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and workplace management software (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification or equivalent HR knowledge desirable
