- Coordinate executive calendar management, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential HR documentation, onboarding processes, and compliance protocols
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Supervise vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
- Prepare monthly expense reports and departmental budget tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- SHRM-SCP or PHR certification preferred
