Responsibilities
- Oversee facility management, maintenance, and vendor relationships for 20,000 sq ft office space
- Manage administrative workflows including travel coordination, expense reporting, and supply chain logistics
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and coordinate office events/culture initiatives
- Implement and optimize office procedures, safety protocols, and sustainability practices
- Serve as primary point of contact for IT facilities, building management, and external service providers
- Manage budget allocations for office operations and procurement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software
- Proven vendor negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management skills
