- Supervise administrative staff and performance metrics
- Organize company events and travel arrangements
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and G-suite
- Proven budget management and procurement skills
- SHRM-SCP or PHR certification preferred
- Exceptional conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
- Experience with facility management software (e.g., OfficeRnD)
- Strong knowledge of Tennessee labor regulations
