Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Manage administrative workflows: scheduling, travel arrangements, and vendor relationships
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and coordinate team events
- Implement office safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Supplement executive support: meeting coordination, expense reporting, and document management
- Optimize space utilization and manage office relocation projects as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of office management experience in corporate or startup environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, QuickBooks)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management experience
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Detroit metro area residency required for on-site coverage
