- Lead HR support functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance
- Implement process improvements for facility safety, security protocols, and sustainability initiatives
- Manage cross-departmental projects and coordinate facility renovations/expansions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Proven expertise in office administration, facility management, and budget oversight
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong project management skills with ability to multitask in deadline-driven environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with diverse stakeholders
- SHRM-SCP or similar certification preferred
