Responsibilities
- Manage office administration, including supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes
- Handle payroll processing, expense reports, and budget tracking
- Implement office procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and manage HR documentation
- Support cross-departmental projects and serve as primary point of contact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Experience with HR processes and compliance
