Responsibilities
- Oversee office facilities management including maintenance, supplies inventory, and vendor relationships
- Manage administrative workflows including scheduling, mail processing, and document control
- Lead HR coordination onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Develop and implement office procedures for efficiency and compliance
- Act as primary point of contact for building management and security protocols
- Supervise administrative staff and foster a collaborative work environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office administration management experience
- Proven expertise in vendor management and procurement systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software

- Knowledge of Philadelphia commercial real estate and local service vendors
