Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, vendor relations, and supply chain logistics
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex travel arrangements, and handle confidential communications
- Lead administrative team through performance coaching and strategic workflow optimization
- Develop and maintain $250K+ office budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Coordinate company events, onboarding processes, and cross-departmental projects
- Implement digital office management systems and process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive experience in office administration with team leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, QuickBooks)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence for stakeholder management
- Experience managing hybrid work environments and remote team coordination
