Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships
- Manage executive calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for C-suite leadership
- Develop and implement administrative policies to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
- Lead onboarding processes and serve as primary HR liaison for employee inquiries
- Coordinate office events, offsites, and team-building activities
- Manage office budget, expense reporting, and procurement processes
- Supplement administrative team during peak periods and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and office management software (e.g., Asana, Concur)
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
