Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified technical candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche forums)
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and virtual interviews for software engineers and IT professionals
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer using Greenhouse and Lever ATS
- Collaborate with clients to define technical requirements and refine job descriptions
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in cybersecurity and cloud computing
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and provide weekly progress reports to stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging tech trends and salary benchmarks in the Southwest market
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in IT/tech roles
- Expert knowledge of Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates for software development, DevOps, and data engineering roles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates remotely
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend availability as needed
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM platforms
