Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional, welcoming manner.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating office events.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Manage inventory and restock office supplies and breakroom items.
- Greet visitors and provide general information about the company.
Qualifications
- Must be between 16 and 19 years old.
- Currently enrolled in high school or college (or recent graduate).
- Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on small tasks.
