Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with basic data entry tasks using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate departments or colleagues.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, stamping, and courier coordination.
- Prepare meeting rooms, set up audio-visual equipment, and maintain a tidy reception area.

Qualifications
