Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and manage Windows 10/11 enterprise environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and access controls
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for team scalability
- Collaborate with DevOps on cloud infrastructure monitoring (AWS/Azure)
- Lead hardware refresh cycles and asset management optimization
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation
- Strong analytical skills for complex incident resolution
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Ability to obtain DHS security clearance (if required)
- Must pass background check and start within 48 hours
