Qualifications
- 5+ years in tech recruitment with proven success placing candidates in emerging tech fields (quantum, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Advanced certification in AI-driven recruitment tools (HireVue, Eightfold AI) or predictive analytics
- Expertise in Web3 talent acquisition strategies and blockchain credential verification
