Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route calls/extensions
- Greet visitors, verify appointments, and coordinate meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and supply inventory
- Support HR functions including new hire onboarding paperwork
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and AV equipment setup
- Assist with administrative tasks like data entry and document preparation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Professional appearance with customer service mindset
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
